To submit your claim, reach out to our in-house concierge so we can make it right. We’ll require photographs to properly evaluate the condition of the product. We will promptly repair or replace approved products with zero deductible. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may repair or replace part of the product or the entire product at our discretion.
