Inside Weather’s Extended Warranties are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address effective from the date of delivery for the period paid for. 

Inside Weather’s Extended Warranties do not cover everyday soiling from normal use, accumulation, multiple stains, unidentified stains, misuse, expected wear, expected natural foam resiliency loss, faulty repair, or damage not attended to properly.

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part of the product or the entire product if it is deemed covered by the Inside Weather Extended Warranty.

Please note that Inside Weather’s Extended Warranty is not valid on the following products: Hanger Frames™ Wall Art, floor pillows, rugs, decor items, and all products in our Clearance Collection and those part of the Inside Weather Reclaimed program.

When modifying the configuration of your product please take care to follow Inside Weather’s instruction manuals. Any structural modifications made by the customer, use of chemical treatments or cleaning techniques that improperly damage the product invalidates the Inside Weather Extended Warranty.

Cushion & Pillow Covers: Our performance fabrics have been thoroughly tested to exceed industry standards. Each fabric type maintains different characteristics. For ultimate long term protection, we recommend prompt spot cleaning when needed, regular vacuuming to remove residue, and avoiding extreme sun environments when possible. Cushion covers are warranted against becoming unusable due to strength loss.

Some of our fabrics are machine washable. If a fabric is machine washable, it’ll be noted in the cleaning instructions. It must be Machine Wash - Cold. Use Cold Water and a mild detergent on a low/gentle cycle. Hang dry all covers. Please note that every machine wash adds wear to the fabric so it’s recommended to opt for spot cleaning prior to machine washing whenever possible. To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming to remove dust and grime is recommended. The Inside Weather Extended Warranty excludes any damage to cushion and pillow covers that we deem caused by improper use, care and maintenance of the product. The Inside Weather Extended Warranty does not cover pilling or shrinkage due to excessive or improper machine washing.

Cushions & Pillows: Our seat cushion composition features high resiliency foam designed for long term durability and use. It is normal for all foam products including pillows and cushions to soften over time with regular use, but this should not be mistaken for an actual loss of foam resiliency. As a result of regular use, cushions and pillows will conform to the shape of the user. This softening and flattening process is typical for all foam products and is not considered a damage. Defects and abnormal loss of foam resiliency in pillows & cushions determined to not be caused by normal use are covered by this Extended Warranty.

Wood Parts and Products: For the ultimate care and long term protection, it’s recommended to use coasters on wood surfaces and to avoid direct contact with moisture, liquids, and extreme temperatures. We recommend regular cleaning of the wood to remove any build up of organic matter. Wood surfaces have recommended maximum weight capacities. Damage to products caused by exceeding the recommended maximum weight capacity is not covered by the Inside Weather Extended Warranty. The Inside Weather Extended Warranty excludes any damage to wood parts and that we deem caused by improper use, care and maintenance of the product.

Steel Parts and Products: Our steel components are powder coated for maximum durability. For the ultimate care and long term protection, it’s recommended to avoid direct contact with moisture, liquids, extreme temperatures, and sharp objects that cause scratching. We recommend regular cleaning of the steel to remove any build up of organic matter. The Inside Weather Extended Warranty excludes any damage to steel parts and that we deem caused by improper use, care and maintenance of the product.

This Extended Warranty does not cover any damage due to:

• Expected wear
• Lack of appropriate care and maintenance
• Misuse or improper assembly
• Use of improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
• Mold or mildew
• Vandalism, pets or rodents
• Normal compression or flattening of cushions
• Non-residential uses
• Exposure to heat or flame
• Unauthorized or faulty repairs
• Excessive weight placed on the product
• Everyday soiling from normal use, accumulation, multiple stains or unidentified stains
• Damage not attended to properly
• Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.)
• Outdoor use

If you purchase an Extended Warranty and opt to return your product within our return policy, the price paid for the Extended Warranty will be refunded following the terms of your return unless you have completed an Extended Warranty claim in which case your warranty charge will be deducted from your refund.
