365 Day Home Trial

Take some time to get acclimated to your new home furniture addition. Try it by the window, over in the corner; face it this way, or as your housemate prefers, “no...maybe a little bit more that way...” Either way, if it hasn’t yet made itself at home, that’s probably a sign. Contact us at within the first 365 days, and we’ll take it back. (Fees and restrictions will apply - see below)

The Return Process

Returns made within 14 days will incur a 15% environmental fee (calculated based on value prior to any discounts or special offers). However, return shipping is free. All returns within this period must be in perfect condition and made in the original packaging unless it was delivered with our White Glove service.

Returns made between 14 and 365 days will incur a 25% environmental fee (calculated based on value prior to any discounts or special offers), plus shipping fees. All returns within this period may be returned with only expected wear. Products with wear or damage beyond expected wear (deemed at our discretion) from external causes such as misuse, accident, and abuse from humans and animals alike will not be covered by this return policy.

Please note that we do not offer partial returns or returns on throw pillows or custom orders.


Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund in the next 1-2 business days. After that it’s up to your bank to credit your account. That should take around 5-7 business days. If it takes any longer than that, tell us about it and we’ll follow up with them for you.


An exchange will be processed the same way as a return. Please reach out within 365 days letting us know that you’d like to make a return. As soon as the order is received back at our warehouse, we’ll refund your original payment minus any applicable costs. Your new order will be a completely separate transaction. You can go ahead and place the new order yourself, but we’re always happy to help you place it of course.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on our pillows or slipcovers.

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.


We offer a one year warranty on our furniture against manufacturing defects applicable to the original owner effective from the date of delivery. Warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, outdoor use, misuse or expected wear. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

Do I Need to Keep the Packaging?

Within the 14-day return period, original packaging is required for returns (unless is was delivered with White Glove Services). Returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which are to be subtracted from your refund.
