We offer complimentary shipping on all product orders! You also have the option to purchase White Glove Delivery and Assembly at checkout.

Our swatches are complimentary, however these don’t qualify for free shipping. Shipping on swatches is determined by the number of swatches you select.

  • 11-20 Swatches: $7.99
  • 20+ Swatches: $14.99

Where We Ship

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time we don’t ship internationally, to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii, however, we’re happy to send any order to a reshipper who can ship to the contiguous US. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date.You can track the date of your estimated delivery via the link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us at support@insideweather.com as soon as you place the order so we can do our best to accommodate accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Our lead times vary depending on the product. Each item is made-to-order and each one takes a different amount of time to manufacture. Once the item is shipped it will take a few days to a few weeks to be delivered. It varies depending on your location.

Order Status & Tracking

You can log into your account at anytime to see your order history and the status of any orders that you have placed. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will contain tracking & carrier information.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your address after placing an order please email us at support@insideweather.com ASAP to make sure we edit the info in our system before it ships. Keep in mind that once your shipment is on the way, it gets a lot more difficult to reroute it. That being said, we’ll do our best to assist. However, you may be responsible for rerouting charges.

Do I Need to Keep the Packaging?

Within the 14-day return period, original packaging is required for returns (unless it was delivered with White Glove Services). Returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which are to be subtracted from your refund.

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@insideweather.com. We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.

Contact us immediately at support@insideweather.com. We will ship out missing parts ASAP.
